I recently purchased a pair of glasses, and at first I was afraid that it didn't fit my experience in the fastest that they don't look as flattering. After receiving my first order, I fell in love this sunglasses are the best. I love it so much that I own six pairs of them. They are truly at high quality and they stand for what they say. I have a recommend them to all my friends.

Recently, my mail was stolen with my new prescription Diff glasses. I filed a claim and contacted customer support. They were absolutely amazing! The company worked with me right away and ordered me a new pair of PRESCRIPTIONS at no cost! Absolutely amazing and so kind. I’ve been wearing Diff sunglasses for about 5 years now and I LOVE them! This company is superb! I really appreciate a company that has excellent customer service and products. I highly recommend Diff to anyone looking for trendy, solid sunglasses and affordable trendy prescription glasses! OH, and the company has a beautiful cause donating a pair of glasses for every pair bought! WIN WIN for everyone!

I ordered 5 pairs during their buy 2 get 3 free sale. 3 were great - good quality, nice style. 1 was AMAZING. 1 just didn’t work for me - but even though the were all final sale, I emailed them and they let me exchange it for a new pair. The frame I sent back was the least expensive in my order, and they exchanged it for a second pair of my favorite ones ($40 more expensive) for no cost! Communication was fast & friendly and they were patient with delays on my end. I also ordered some blue light glasses last fall on deep discount and they are so much better quality than any others I’ve seen.

I recently ordered 2 sunglasses and a tassel chain as a birthday gift for my sister. The sunglasses were in excellent condition, however the tassel chain wasn’t fastened properly, so the band that connects to the glasses broke. I reached out to customer support and they were very apologetic and replaced the chain. What used to be a frown on my face has now been turned into a smile. Thank you DIFF, for replacing the chain 😊 I will order from this company again.

Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from DIFF, and had an issue with 1 pair. Maria assisted me in sending a replacement pair. Those didn’t fit right either, so she swapped them for a completely different style. Service was prompt and easy to handle. I’ve ordered numerous pairs of glasses from DIFF before and never had an issue. This just happened to be a pair that didn’t work for me, but was easily corrected! Happy customer here!

I have been purchasing from DIFF a while for the first time one of the screws came off a pair I purchased this year. I sent in a support email not really knowing if anyone would read it and right away I received a personal response with steps on get my glasses replaced at no cost. I am shocked that this kind of customer service still exists in the retail world and and I am so happy that I can get my glasses replaced! Thank you Diff for going above and beyond and making my experience pretty seamless. I’ll continue to purchase my glasses from here on out!
