"When I ordered these sunglasses, they were on back order, but were expected to ship by mid-June. I didn’t get them until mid-July. The glasses are ok but they are definitely not worth what I paid and how long I waited."

Would give minus one star. The company is a joke. Tried to place and order from Canada, would not accept any method of payment including PayPal. Wrote to them...no answer. I tried to re-order. The glasses I wanted are no longer available (24 hours later). This company sounds like a chinese company with a US address. I am very very suspicious of them and I will not order from them.

I ordered the white lotus glasses on May 18 and I knew these would be on back order, however I was mislead by the DIFF customer service team and I would have rather known upfront this shipment was not just delayed but not going to be here for my huge trip in July. I have sent 3 different emails to the DIFF customer service team asking for updates, the last two emails were within the last two weeks where I was told 1) my glasses would be shipped out on June 30 and I was going to be given 2 day Fedex shipping for free, that did not end up happening. 2) I was told last week I would be getting a notification on my glasses being shipped by last week- I still have no update. I work in client care, just be honest!! I would have taken my refund offer if the information was honest about not being able to get shipped out for a few additional weeks so I could have bought something different. I get things happen, but DIFF is a large company and I think they can do more for their customers who have been mislead and there is proof via email. It's gaslighting.

This company is a disgrace from false advertising to their customer service. I purchased buy one get one free. When the glasses arrived they were way too big. They don't actually advertise how big these glasses are. I reached out to customer service by phone and email, explained not happy and do not fit needed to return/refund. email from DIFF stated, my return would cost me to ship and I would receive 50% of the purchase price, when inquired on the WHY? no response. Needless to say, I was scammed, stuck with glasses that are to big and lost $150. Lesson learned people, social media advertisement is mostly scam and fraud. Sorry I trusted this company. I also believe all the positive reviews listed are either employees or employee friends and family.

Customer service is bullshit. Waited 4 months for my order. Gave me two of the same glasses. Had to ship the second one back. Then waited over a month for the second shipment to come in. If you try to call the company you’ll be on hold your whole life. Waste of my time and super inconvenient. I think I’ve sent over 15 emails and called them about 10 times. Spend your money on another brand please.

The glasses themselves are exactly what I ordered. However I bought one pair on May 24th and apparently threy were on back order. On June 5th I received an email that had the style of sunglasses that I had previously ordered for 50% off. I ordered a second pair in a different color. The first order had not been fulfilled, I checked and it was still processing, so on June 6th I reached out to customer service for a price adjustment since they had not been shipped. After several emails back and forth Jeza Mae informed me that they couldn’t do a price adjustment since it was past their 5 Day window, even tho they at this point had not fulfilled or shipped my order. I received both pairs of sunglasses on Wednesday June 10th within minutes of each other. This experience with the customer service department has been horrible.

DO NOT BUY They have their systems set up in a way that makes it easy for your address to get jumbled or auto pasted incorrectly. Even if you notice the issue immediately, there is zero way to change or cancel the order. You have to email and once you do they tell you that they are too lazy to fix it and basically end up stealing your money without giving you the product. What should be an easy fix is now a nightmare.

DO NOT BUY unless youre 100% keeping them. Purchased a pair of sunglasses that didnt fit. They charged me $9.99 PLUS another $9.99 restocking fee. $20 to simply return a pair is absolutely ridiculous. Will never purchase from Diff again, considering the return fees alone are 30% of the purchase price.
