For the price and the deals, this is a pretty decent brand. Very stylish and fits my wide/big face shape. Have purchased multiple pairs. As long as you know what you're looking for, hard to go wrong.

I’ve been a Diff eyewear user since receiving a pair in my GQ BOX subscription. I purchased at least 10 subsequent times as an alternative to another designer eyewear vendor I usually prefer. The Diff specials are attractive and affordable in comparison. Lastly, the sunglasses are stylish and durable.

i had a pair of DIFFs that i wore all day, and i noticed i didnt get eye strain. so im sure they are good. i bought more. great products. just a note that if you are canadian, you might want to contact the company so they have the right price so that the correct duty into the country is applied.

Overall, positive experience! Shopped a BOGO sale recently to order new sunglasses for my wife as a gift. She loves both and they fit great / look great on her! She's happy and this is her third pair of DIFF glasses. Pretty good price on sale, not sure I would pay full price. Was a bit annoying that not all the styles we liked were a part or valid for the sale, but still find some good ones. Seem like decent quality, lenses are nice. Would recommend and shop sales again! Not a fan of the amount of emails they send on a frequent basis.

So my friend has a pair and I loved them. My mom and I decided to purchase a BOGO Plus a Pair from clearance. We we were so excited to get a new pairs of bigger glasses. Well My order was cancelled immediately because they thought it might be fraudulent. While I do appreciate their concern I would have rather received a phone call to the number linked to credit card or an email before cancelling. They say they refunded $$. It has only been a day so I’m not sure how long that will take. Customer service responded to me fairly quickly which is why I give them a star. But next I know they must have also deactivated my account as they seem to have no record of my email as they said to reorder and they would expedite my order though I refuse to be charged twice. I have asked about my account and have not had a response. Terribly disappointed. I took the chance even though another friend accidentally ordered a kids BOGO instead of women’s glasses for herself and they would NOT exchange😞😞. They told me they would expedite my order but I refuse to be charged twice 👎 ****So even after reading all the horrendous reviews about their customer service and length of time for shipping and NOT having the best experience first go around I couldn’t help myself but order again from the BOGO sale. I did have to sign in and used another account. Well transaction went smoothly and I received the glasses in a very reasonably timeframe. I received yesterday and already wore one pair and love them. I wish I had stuck to that style but I and anxious to try the other pair. So I am changing my rating and updating my review. Thanks

Love the shades, fantastic range and styles. This year a change in shipping fees was applied to my delivery (from the US to the UK) i was charged £47. When. I raised this with Diff they refunded this for me which was fantastic (thank you). However I can’t risk that happening in the future so would probably not buy from them again which is a shame.
