I ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses through diff.com after loving a few non-prescription pairs. I was so excited to see they finally have affordable, high quality prescription sunglasses!! They're ordering system needs improvements as the customer must select a clear and sunglass lens in order to purchase. Hailey D. assisted me through all my trials and tribulations and she was incredibly understanding, patient and professional. Although I received my final order long after my initial order, Hailey D. was super kind and courteous throughout! Thanks to Hailey D.
