BAD Customer Service!!! I was very excited to support a company that gives back and bought two pairs of sunglasses. One was on sale, but it never said on page or on order form that there was no refund or final sale. Of course, those were the ones I was not a fan of. They were $50. They other pair I liked were $85. I went to return and found out I could not return. I looked to email the company and they refuse to help me out. There is also no phone number to call this company. I have searched everywhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service, waited over a month for prescription glasses for my daughter and still hadn’t received them. Barely got an apology, basically just saying “we are watching your order”. No suggestions to resend the order, issue a credit or anything. Finally I just request to cancel and refund, and without even replying they cancel and then send an email to say it will take 7 days for the refund!!! Totally horrible experience.
