We'll I ordered a tuner witch was the wrong one I needed so that was my bad so. So I call and talked to JD.so he got the old tuner said he would take care of it wrong. I have been waiting on a tuner for almost 3 week with little or no contact from JD I will never by from them agin

I have bought many parts for my pickup, snowmobiles, bikes, etc. My experiences have ranged from absolutely awful to excellent. Most places seem to have their positives and negatives. My experience with Diesel Ops has been excellent. I contacted them about buying a fass lift pump and was advised on which one would work the best for me. They took the time to make sure i was getting the absolute best product for my pickup (which wasn't the most expensive). After deciding which pump to get the order was placed at an excellent price and was shipped and to my house in two days. I will be buying all my future parts through diesel ops.

The service that I received was second to none.One of the owners called me back about the innercooler for my duramax and completely answered all my questions.He told me if I had any concerns to email him after hours and leave a contact number and he would call me back.Their customer care is what will have me ordering again.You will not go wrong with this company

I was ordering a pretty big list of parts and had a few questions JD went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and he was able to get all the parts on my list. My parts arrived very fast and I got a great deal along with the diesel ops cash they offer. All in all this was a great transaction and they will be getting all my business from now on.
