Ordered Edge pod with CTS & CTS2 adapters. Box was missing the adapters! Sent message with no reply. Tried calling multiple times staying on hold FOREVER. Never did get reply or an answer.

Part wasn't exactly right, I had to make it work.

good service quick shipping but exhaust pipe dose not fit my model even though they said it would before I order it and still claim it does. I had to modify it to run the truck and now will be making custom one right. The wheel base measurements on kit do not my truck and my truck is stock.

I realize I purchased a kit that DOps puts together and resells so beating that in mind, the minimaxx is as expected, great and super straightforward as well as quick. The mbrp exhaust was decent as well. Went together easy and wasn’t damaged to the point where we had to bend it out in too many places but there definitely were a few areas. The insides were also extremely dirty and it was obvious they left all remains from the cuts inside of the pipe. Not necessarily a big deal just lazy on their part. I know they aren’t top of the line so I’m not going to act like it’s anythjng crazy. The sinister Diesel EGR kit was great and blue plates look super tight under the hood. The re routing hose provided, which is also blue and looks tight, was 1/4” too small in diameter so we had to go and buy another hose. Pretty disappointing. All in all Diesel ops out together an affordable decent kit so I am impressed and will shop with them again, just being more mindful of the brands I am buying.

I purchased a kit for my powerstroke with h&s mini maxx. I couldn't install the tuner tof my truck so I tried to call hs and they are out of business. So I called dieselops.com, someone said they could help me and would send an email with instructions. I waited 2 days for the email before calling another company who sells these tuners, who helped me over the phone within 10 minutes. So long story short, they sold me something at a great price, and didn't offer any troubleshooting help. Won't be using them as a supplier anymore.

Not all of the parts were correct had to go to local Auto parts to get a clamp and hanger
