Was pleased with the product but not too happy there was no installation instructions to go by for the egr delete portion. Also on the rear EGR cap the brass plug blew out and the customer complained of an exhaust leak. They had no intentions on installing an EGT probe

Great customer service, always got through when I called! The person who answered the phone was able to quickly and efficiently answer my questions. I just installed the kit I bought from diesel ops this weekend and I couldn't be happier!! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I ran into to a problem with the tuner, i had to research by my own accord to find out how to make it compatible with my truck. Otherwise 100%

I don’t like how they advertise 10% military discount and then once your military status is approved, only then did they tell you of the numerous brands to which the discount doesn’t apply, which was most of the brands and including all kits/packages. If I hadn’t already built my cart the previous week, I would’ve gone somewhere else for an actual discount off my purchase, but I just wanted to get it purchased and done. On the positive side, the people I spoke to you over the phone or nice and helpful, and I like how installation guides were given via email (and on website) for every ordered part

I got my parts in a timely manner and was amazed at the price! My Duramax has never performed this good!

Fast shipping and great service...everything fit good except 1 pipe coming out of the drivers side muffler. The hanger was in the wrong position and way off location. I had to cut it off and reweld it on.

I ordered the EGR/DPF delete kit with S&B filter. The parts fit perfect. Shipping was less than desirable. Received the S&B filter in two days and the exhaust with H&S tuner in four days. Had to call about the EGR delete kit and was told it hadn't been shipped. Chris shipped it two day.

Dustin, I am not showing any contact from you about anything missing. I am very sorry if something was missing from the order you placed and I would like the chance to make this right. We pride ourselves on getting parts to customers in not just a timely manner but in a complete status. Like stated before we never heard from you about anything missing this means that we are unable to fix any issues and thus were unaware of them. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so I can assist you in taking care of this. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you Chris Sales Manager 888-992-7299 ext 702
