Jack, The intercooler boot kit you bought are packaged by Mishimoto at their factory we do not open them prior to it going out. I am very sorry to hear you are having an issue with this and I will gladly get it taken care of the best I can, but we can not do anything if we do not know about the problem. Please reach out to me when you have a chance and I will look into how we can get this fixed. Looking forward to hearing back from you Chris 888-992-7299 EXT 702

Arturo, As we have told you every time you call the tuning does not change after a few weeks. The tuning does not modify the boost it requests and does not change itself after time passes. The only thing it can be is the truck, we have reloaded the tuner and changed the settings that it allows with no resolve, this tells me that it is the truck not the tuner. The new pipe you bought was because you did find a boost leak in the crack in that pipe but said time and time again prior to that, that there was no way you could have a boost leak and that it had been checked. Let me know if you have any other questions or issues I will be glad to give you the input that we can offer. Chris

Hello, First off I want to say I am glad you were happy with the service the sales team could give you , and then I want to apologize about that issue you had with the parts themselves. Rare parts made a change in their pricing program and did not notify everyone in a timely manner. This caused an issue with the order being fulfilled. I would love to make this up to you if I could so please get ahold of me at your earliest convenience. Thank you Chris (Sales Manager) 888-992-7299 ext 702

Diego, I am sorry to hear you had issues. When you called and stated that the item was damaged but instead of calling us and letting us get you a replacement you Cut the exhaust to short and that caused it to no longer fit. When a customer does this we are then unable to take back parts and do that. We attempted to work with you best we could but seemed that we were not going to be able to come to a resolution as we can not refund an item that we can not get back and can not see that it was damaged to then make a claim to get this handled. I do understand that things like this can be frustrating and can be a hold up. As for being on hold we did tell you that we were going to attempt to deal with the MNFG on trying to get that replacement part as that unfortunately means that we then have to wait on them to get back with us. I hope you understand why this went the route that it did and that we do our best to make sure the customer is happy and everything goes the way it should, but when a customer modifies a part for whatever reason and it then does not work we can not be held responsible for replacing the item or items due to that negligence. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you with Thank you

Jacob, I am sorry you order the wrong turbo, we gladly will take care of that for you and will gladly get this handled. I see that you ordered for the 04 truck but as you said you did order the wrong one. As for the sticker and receipt, the receipt was emailed to you when you placed the order and was then emailed again when it shipped. We do not put them in the box. The sticker however due to you being so far from us we shipped from outside our Michigan warehouse and they do not have stickers we assumed it was more important to have it to you in a timely manner. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help or get taken care of for you. Thank you Chris - Sales Manager 888-992-7299 EXT 702

Hello Nestor, When you called to order the intake you were looking for we set the last one we had in this warehouse aside waiting for a call back to order. When you then ordered from a 3rd party site and did not notify us we had to ship from a warehouse that was farther from you. The intake still shipped the same day you ordered like most all of our orders but did not get to you as quick because it was not as close. When you then opened a PayPal Claim stating you did not receive it because you did not get it in the time frame you wanted because of the reasons above. I now see you have lost that case because PayPal has proven you did in fact receive the item. So if you do have anything we can do to help out here or have any need to discuss this further you are welcome to contact us. Thank you and have a great day
