Got a great price that was unbeatable, very fast shipping considering I ordered the week of Christmas

It was a easy and fast process. I ordered be for christmas and figured it may arise late. It acc. Came early.

I ordered a set of Weathertech floor liners on ebay for a Chevy Trailblazer in color gray on a Sunday. I received on Wednesday a set of tan floor liners for a Chevy Tahoe. I contacted Diesel Ops by phone and was told they would ship out that day the correct floor liners and email the tracking number and return shipping label. I never received the email and contacted Diesel Ops Monday morning and found out they had never shipped the floor liners. Now this is after being on the phone 3 different times with representatives that didn't seem to know what was going on. Received the tracking and return label that Monday night from JD and the correct liners were delivered Wednesday the day before Christmas Eve.

I have a few questions regarding what I was buying, customer service was able to answer all my questions and then I got my package (a full 5inch exhaust) 4 days later with the free shipping.

JD was helpful in getting me the right part. I also ordered later in the day and it was shipped same day. Awesome company!
