Had sent in a copy of my military ID for my discount a couple of hours before my purchase. Did not find discount on my dash board, made purchase anyway because I need item as soon as possible. next morning call Diesel Ops to make sure it went through, and ask about Military discount. I had made a mistake in addressing my e- mail to them for discount. They accepted my ID gave me discount on my purchase, allowed me to use my discount toward upgrade to overnight delivery of my purchase. I felt like this was a good way to do business, when item came next morning and worked perfectly, I was very impressed. They will get all my future business for my truck, GREAT SERVICE!
