Problem with tunner
Tunner was received fast as promised but didn't operate properly and had to be sent to TS performance to be reprogramed that was a great disappointment.

Hello AJ, This is news to us, have you called or emailed anyone? we could have sent you a new chip without any hassles. I don't like to see any unhappy customers, but I also hope that they will at least give us a chance to fix a defect that came from a manufacturer before leaving us a negative review. Please contact us if you would like us to step in and help or handle anything. Please send an email or call us 888-992-7299 EXT.701 ask for JD.
