Good price, but....
The price was pretty good and the shipping was fairly quick. However, there are no installation instructions. The EGR delete kit for the 6.4 powerstroke doesn't come with all the parts. There is no block off plate for where the EGR cooler connects to the intake manifold. I was very disappointed there is no technical or installation instructions of the website. It seems like they are just interested in making the sale, but not helping the customer after the sale.

Hello Ron, First off I want to apologize that there was no instructions with the purchase we have changed some things since this was done to prevent that from happening again to another customer, secondly I want to apologize that parts were missing we have also added checks since then to prevent this as well. This is something I am dedicated to making sure does not happen so I would like to make this right with you. please give me a call and lets talk about what we can do for you looking forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved Thank you Chris (Sales Manager) 888-992-7299 ext 702
