Hello Nestor, When you called to order the intake you were looking for we set the last one we had in this warehouse aside waiting for a call back to order. When you then ordered from a 3rd party site and did not notify us we had to ship from a warehouse that was farther from you. The intake still shipped the same day you ordered like most all of our orders but did not get to you as quick because it was not as close. When you then opened a PayPal Claim stating you did not receive it because you did not get it in the time frame you wanted because of the reasons above. I now see you have lost that case because PayPal has proven you did in fact receive the item.
