I love the game, however, it costs way too much to upgrade your castle

This dice dreams is just a money making game when you need them to resolve a problem they just no where to be found…I did a ball tournament yesterday still did not received my reward

Oh dice dreams! how funny. These guys will not respond to issues in less than 2-3 days, after your ability to request refund has ended through google! Its how they do it. Funniest part about it is their fair play and code of conduct rules. everyone has to play by the rules except them, they rip you off every CHANCE THEY GET! I made a team, for me and a couple friends, came back yesterday and I no longer have a team options my friend says on the message board I left and it made him leader... I didn't leave! not to mention how many events I don't get to do, my buddy has two or three all the time trails, mining, puzzle, i dont get any of those. I have also spent a bit of monjey on this game so i figure this is why, why give someone who will purchase the opportunity to make it free! All good I am finished with this game is a money and time drain. Yes they wait at least 48 hours before responding to you, odd thats the same time refund is no longer option! I have waited five days before.. only for card event to end and never get my wild card! gave me like 500 days when reward would have been 25k suck it dice dreams.

Do not play this game. The game does not send out any rewards when you win in the tournaments. I reached out to Customer Support and they did not help at all. Save your time and play something else.

This game scamsyou all the time I have bought things multiple times and then not get what I was supposed to get and they turn around and say it's something else even though I have picture proof of what I bought I still don't receive it they scam people a lot out of money that you spend on the game.

It’s got a few bugs but gameplay is amusing to me

I enjoy this game usually. I don't mind spending money sometimes, but I've noticed the more I spend the more problems I encountered in the game. I don't receive everything thing the offer details, when I contact support they want me to email them a receipt as if they can't see the transaction they completed. The tournaments disappear before the time runs out, I may need one item but the game will use up my dice, on the trail by the time I've reached the 3rd chest so many rolls are needed to make it to the other chest, and the higher you bet the lower the dice becomes. When you join a team the team mates hardly ever click your name to fill the meter for free dice. In my daily bonus I receive more cards than dice. Most of the cards are duplicates, the game never lets me complete more than 4 card sets. They stopped giving free dice in the kingdoms . I like this game but I feel myself drawing to an end with it

Here is what happens when u run out of kingdoms. I can't spend my coins on anything. The message that u get when you cannot continue is "more kingdoms coming soon. Now, with 419 billion coins I average around 25 billion to 130 billion being stolen daily . I earned those coins. I have paid money to advance further in the game. Which should be a good thing.I have contacted customer service and they will not do anything about it. Why should I continue to play when I can't spend coins on building or rebuilding kingdoms. Where is the incentive to play. Just want to let everyone know what is going on. This is a fraud. Look at the three pictures posted. Expand the pics. Over 419 billion coins down to 307 billion to 247 billion. In 2-3 days. I have went from over 419 billion coins down to over 191 billion coins because I can't spend any coins. CS still will not do anything about it. They say once new kingdoms are added they will send me some spins. But not the full amount. Add all those coins up. Who would not be very angry over this. That's criminal. UPDATE: 419 billion coins now down to 78 billion in 5-6 days. It doesn't do any good to continue to play because any coins I do earn I cannot spend and they just keep getting stolen. CS continues to do nothing about it. I'm curious. What would others do in this situation that are playing Dice Dreams? I also have the screen shots and all of the correspondence from myself and DD Customer Service(if you want to call it that.
