This game deserved cero star they always scammed I have 2 days without receiving my purchase and the tournament is end I lost everything I try to communicated with the legal department and they ignored me right now I can’t used anything back in case they fix the problem because the tournament is end and is not the first time they did that to me

I have Never played a game on-line that does not allow you to watch a video or something else to obtain more moves or in this case get more dice to role. Once the time runs out on the task, trail, or mission I have been working on is over and I can't receive the prizes i had been working on am I able to get more. Can anyone tell me how to get the unlimited videos to watch to get more rolls?

I'm experiencing the same as others are. Two weeks ago, I was 2 puzzle pieces away from getting the grand prize of 20K spins and 1 wild card. I bought a pack and was on my way to completing the task when the game all of a sudden start freezing. The game had not done this before and has not froze ever since. I tried contacting support but could not get any help before the time elapsed. Then I tried contacting support to complain and ask for refund or prize since the game froze and anything I won during this time, just disappeared. Game support did not contact me for 5 days. Frustrated that I wasn't hearing from game support, I asked Google Play for a refund, which was denied because I filed for it after 48 hours. I believe the developers deliberately held off responding so I would ask Google for refund after the time limit. Then game support finally contacts me and offers me a tiny gift of 200 dice, while they investigate the issue. Next day, I get notice the case is closed. This game wants you to pay for packages, but as soon as you get close to getting a huge prize, it crashes. I don't recommend this game. And if you choose to play, don't spend any money. It's a waste. The game will never let you win.

Best game ever

Whenever I am about to win a big tournament or challenge there always appears to be a coincidental glitch in the system and I don’t get the rewards. It’s happened around 5 times now and when I reach out to technical support they claim they can’t confirm and give me some dice that wouldn’t be quarter the amount I would’ve won.

This game is a false it's all about spending money to get cookies and keeping your pet ! I play this game day in day out get lots of cookies and the next day they are taken away ! And have to start the level again its nearly impossible to to keep your pet if you have loads of money to spend on a game this is for you

I'm writing about this hoping that you might finally fix it. If you are playing the game when time runs out on the contest time runs out the game robs you of your place in the game and you will get zero rewards that you place for. I was in 3rd place but like usual, because I was playing when time ran out I received nothing yet again. This is not the first time this has happened either. I have placed 3rd place or higher about a 1/2 dozen times and have experienced the same outcome.
