I made a purchase and now the adds have disappear.

I'm glad I have discovered others writing about their experiences with SuperPlay's Dice Dreams because I also won the Dice Dreams figurinen contest and I was told my name was not on the list. Then I sent them proof I won because I've learned with them to screenshot everything. So I have a video and screenshots of the proof I won, then I contacted my attorney to have them write a letter and so far all I've received is an email claiming the prize would arrive within 30 days. I emailed back asking for a tracking number and so far nothing. This is VERY typical for Dice Dreams. Their product is fun, cute and family friendly, but as others have said there are a LOT Of issues with customer service and their tech. This is the 2nd time I have had to use legal services to get what I paid for. If this company isn't careful it could face a class action suit in the future because having a contest and then not providing the prizes is fraud and it's international fraud.

1st I won a dice dream collectable figure filled out shipping form and submitted successfully and support said the whole contest was an error and winners already received the figures weeks earlier which was a lie. 2nd they rigged the game when you purchase so don't buy nothing. 3rd my FB was linked to game when I unlinked it I was logged out and they changed my password and I like to never recovered it so you better have few recover methods for fb if you ditch dice dreams cause they are criminals. I have screenshots of everything to when I showed screenshots of the winners saying they never received the figures support no longer would respond. Change your passwords and if you used a card to purchase have it monitored and changed your password on it to

If I could write 10 reviews with 0 stars I would. I purchased a £14.99 deal yesterday, the game glitches out says purchased failed but yet they took my money from my bank. They’ve replied once said about either a refund or the items back. Well that was 12 hours ago and still no reply from them. Most useless game company I’ve ever encountered. Not to mention the amount of times the app crashes when on attacks etc and u don’t get the trail points for it is a joke. I hope the company goes bankrupt and they have a horrible life

They claim bots will not have an unfair advantage, which is a lie. Every time I have a massive amount stolen and have a chance at revenge, the other player's town is empty or destroyed. If it's not a bot, then why would a human player do absolutely nothing with $290 million they stole from another player? And then there's the absurd amount of cookies you need to level up your pet. There's the obscene amount of strikes needed to defeat Chunk at the end of a Trail Challenge. Seriously, this company is shady.

My game shuts off every time I win, and I lose my rewards. Now I can’t even play anymore. I lose all of my rewards and I got bombed and I can’t recover anything. I’ve played this game for years. I can’t even get anyone to fix it. This sucks! This has been going on for a few weeks.

Ive been playing for 3 months,. Numerous times ive had to contact support.So frustrating . Issue like not receiving rewards, partial purchases, not receiving dice, so many issues. Its a pay to pay, high pressure. Unwinnable goals. Im done spending money on this bs game!

Every time I purchase something I don't get all my purchase so I contact sorry I try to put in my receipt and it kicks me out. What a rip off BEWARE DO NOT BUT ANYTHING HERE
