After emails, complaints etc. They yet to get back to me.. i have been stuggling to get Dice dreams on my device for 2 months, i did it all and it still keeps giving me a error 255, wanted to join my friends but looks like the developers dont want more players on the game

READ COMPLETELY FAILURE GAME SUPPORT At first I loved the game, and when I had an issue they rewarded me properly. The game has a bad glitch in it after level 98 and it changes the dice bet to X800. Most likely because I had over 30,000 dice. Then it changed to X400, X600, X100, X200, and when I contacted support with screenshots, they "rewarded" me with 2.2K dice, however, I lost more than 3.6K, 2nd place + 2.2K dice there and my cash. It wasn't until I said that I was done spending money on a game that they couldn't fix or rewarded the player properly, that I received the below message. How do I restart the game to get these rewards you sent to me? I have powered down my phone and restarted it and opened the game. I still haven't received them. I have emailed them back, because I still haven't been able to "get" this "reward" and I have yet to hear from them. I am uninstallung the game, as it is a waste of my time and they do not value their players who spend their time or/and money on the game. Truly sad because it was a fun game up until the issues I had! LLH

Same thing as everyone else. I was excited yesterday to make it to kingdom 66 and earn another 60 dollars. Of course in the morning I sign in and they have charged back all my rewards and give no explanation. I spent hours on this ap because I was "making money". Now they refuse to pay. I saw the Dice Dreams on another platform and did not play because I didn't want any problems or excuses. They can obviously see I've only played on their ap and they just took my money. They don't care. Dont waste your time. Please. Complete scam they should be in prison.

Dice Dreams has become nothing short of a band of thieves, if you spend money they increase the demands to finish anything and give you very little in return. Get into the game, decide to spend a few bucks here and there and suddenly they change the algorithm to be against you. My wife played on one trail where there were 3 chests, the first one she got to within 80 steps, second one she got to within 300 steps and she go to the last within another 1200 steps. I played the exact same trail, same stating point and the first chest was 1800 steps away, the second one was almost 6000 steps and the last one was over 13000 steps. Get to the next level and my wife had 1200 steps to the first chest where I ended up having almost 8600 steps to the first chest. WTH? That is just one example of many times where my wife and have spent money on the game and they make the odds of getting anything damn near impossible. Realized that the more money you spend on the game, the more they penalize you. Not a very good business strategy, unless you're a thief. Customer service is a joke to put it mildly, they respond (well, when and if they respond) and say oh it must have been a glitch in the system, here's 50 dice to make up for it. Would have been nice to be able to give ZERO stars as they don't deserve anything. If you want a decent game, play Monopoly or Crosswords (something like Crozzle) but stay away from this thieving fiasco they claim is a game.

I have been cheated out of about 20 thousand dice by this game now and I go to support about it and they just ignore me and don't answer. I even had my team leader notify them and nothing. I have had friends join through the links I've sent them and was supposed to receive 13,000 dice for this and never got it. I finished the BBQ set and was supposed to get 2,000 and never received it because the game froze and notified support...nothing!!! This game also is more interested in making pop ups for before and after the game, just to start playing you go through 15 different pop ups and about 10 afterwards. This game is a waste of time if what your doing is striving to win rewards because most of the time you won't receive them!!!

I made an in app purchases for the dream pass today 07/31/24 and it was never added. Trying to request a refund but don't know how that will work. The game is fun but you don't always receive the rewards. Since I updated it now it kicks me off every time I go into fight, attack games. Dice Dreams fix the problem, issue the refund and I will change my review.

Game is very buggy and crashes, when you do well then lose your prize. I had 5 of one thing then got a sixth the game crashed then I lost it, it has over 10 ways to try and make you spend money that’s probably why it crashes, to much information no one wants to buy it. It gives you what you want, then just as your about to lose your dice it gives you a little more to try and get you to play more. Very poor game I would not recommend playing this game, don’t even download it, waste of time.

Dice dreams is a buggy game and their support is not helpful. Don’t waste your time unless you don’t care if you receive game rewards which negates the purpose of playing
