Would give a zero but is not an option
Would give a zero but is not an option. Worst company EVER. Do not buy this extended warranty. I paid 818.00 and they paid 400.00 to fix my car. I paid over 2,000.00 for this warranty

When a customer has a $100 deductible…
When a customer has a $100 deductible then the customer should only pay the $100 deductible for a covered repair. Twice I have been left to pay a portion of the cost for the part because it was not fully covered. Other than that very fast turn around getting my vehicle fixed. Can not beat fast action for repair. And all reps i have spoke with were very nice.

Diamond was there for me again
Diamond was there for me again. Unfortunately, I've had a run of bad luck with my vehicle lately. But it is comforting to know that I have Diamond there to help. It is stressful and an inconvenience when you have car problems, so getting these issues resolved as quickly as possible and as cost effectively as possible is key. Thank you again to the Diamond team!
