Diamonds DirectReviews of diamondsdirect.com

I was extremely excited to find this site. After visiting so many stores, and finding the same boring rings, then having to deal with the salesman trying to convince me they were "diamond specialists" it was nice to be able to sit on my couch and build the ring she would wear forever. Salesman are a hassle, and have a select amount of options they have to push. The website has and endless amount of selections so you can find what you want, at the price range you're comfortable with.

My fiancée can’t believes I pocket this ring out. She loves everything about it.

Ryan was the most professional and educated person on diamonds I have dealt with to date. While shopping for an engagement ring, Ryan worked closely with me over a period of a few days. He provided options, videos, pics, pricing, or whatever I needed to make the best decision. He took the time to understand what I needed and took a personal Interest that he provided the best support. Because of Ryan’s exemplary professionalism, I will be shopping with diamonds direct again in the future. Chris

GREAT JEWELRY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

No fear purchasing online. Beautiful and quality jewelry.

My experience was great! The sales associates were so wonderful. Helpful, and knowledgeable ! And I love my diamond rings...treasured heirlooms to hand down to my daughter!

I needed a wedding band in a short period of time. The representative, Ryan, helped me make sure I got it in time. Also wasn’t going to be home for package so decided to pick up at local store and they were able to arrange this for me as promised. The ring was perfect!!!
