I have only received half of my order! I ordered two items, and received one of them, fairly promptly. What I have received, I am really pleased with. However, I can't seem to get them let me know where the other item is. I have entered my order number on the tracking and it doesn't give any information.

Last week I bought a necklace from a company called Diamofy. I got a quality product for less money. I am very happy to be able to buy from their online platform. I want to buy more different products from them. Thank you Diamofy.

I have emailed a numerous times regarding the tracking and the status of my purchase with absolutely no reply from Diamofy. Absolute scam! Never entertain a purchase from this website.

Ordered a necklace before Christmas didn't arrive was asked if I still wanted the necklace or a refund opted for a refund still not got anything

Another who has received nothing ! No bracelet , no communication ! Purchased to have my 4 children’s names together including my deceased eldest . Avoid !

Arrived but the writing is so small, defies the point of having a necklace with your loved ones names on it if you need a magnifying glass to see them! I have emailed but no response. Very disappointed 😞
