I love the necklace. Ordering was easy. It is a gift for my mother withthe names of her children. Names were spelt correctly. I love that I was able to include all of us on it from eldest to youngest. I am not too sure about durability yet but so far it looks good. My only issue with the experience was the length of time it took to deliver. The tracking details weren't so clear and so I couldn't tell majority of the time where the item was or an estimated delivery date. Apart from that the item is lovely. Waiting for my mom to open it to determine what she thinks. I was offered a future discount for my honest review. I confirm this is my honest opinion of the necklace purchased and my experience with the seller.
