I've used it for the first time. I think it's new platform and maybe that's why it has bugs. But don't make this fool you. The team will be there for any problem you have. I talked with Prasanta from the team and he solved the problems I had. It's my experience at least for now.

They are advertising specific countries to rent phones from; and finally don't do it at all.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how this could be confusing, so we’d like to clarify how Dialaxy’s number allocation works. Dialaxy provides virtual numbers for multiple countries, but there are regulatory requirements that must be followed for each country. For USA and Canada numbers, no additional documentation is required, which is why these numbers are included in most plans for free and can be issued instantly. For numbers in other countries, local regulations require certain documents to verify the user and ensure compliance with national telecommunication rules. This process is not unique to Dialaxy—it is standard practice in every country that regulates virtual or mobile numbers. These requirements help protect both the user and the telecom ecosystem from misuse or fraudulent activity. All necessary documentation and submission guidelines are clearly listed on our website under each country’s section. Once the documents are submitted and approved, you can be assigned the desired number, whether it is a local, mobile, or toll-free number. If you have any questions or need assistance with submitting the required documents, please contact our support team at [email protected] We are happy to guide you through the process and ensure you get the numbers you need efficiently and securely. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work within these regulatory frameworks while continuing to provide fast, reliable, and globally accessible virtual numbers.
