Hi Lauren, We're sorry to hear that Dialaxy didn't meet your expectations. To clarify, the $10 charge is for the Basic Plan subscription, which includes access to the Dialaxy platform, a complimentary USA or Canada virtual phone number for the first user, and $1 in free calling credit. Voice calls are billed separately based on usage and are not included as unlimited with the subscription. We strive to be transparent about our pricing. Our subscription details, call rates, and SMS rates are clearly published on both our Pricing and Call Rates pages before a purchase is made, so customers can review exactly what is included and any applicable usage charges. As your subscription had already been activated and the service had been used, the purchase was not eligible for a refund under our published Refund Policy. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the customer experience by making our plans and pricing as clear and straightforward as possible. — Dialaxy Support Team

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing Dialaxy for your business communication needs. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the overall experience using our cloud telephony platform, including calls and SMS services with virtual USA numbers. Regarding the delay with SMS sending, you’re absolutely right — compliance requirements such as 10DLC registration for A2P messaging in the USA are mandatory for delivering SMS at scale and ensuring high deliverability and regulatory compliance. We appreciate your patience during this process. At Dialaxy, we continuously work to simplify business SMS, VoIP services, virtual phone numbers, and global communication solutions, while ensuring full compliance with carrier regulations across regions. We truly value your recommendation and are happy to support your growth with reliable business phone systems, SMS API, and international virtual numbers. Thank you again for your trust in Dialaxy — we look forward to serving you even better as you scale your business communication.
