To clarify, the $10 charge is for the Basic Plan subscription, which includes access to the Dialaxy platform, a complimentary USA or Canada virtual phone number for the first user, and $1 in free calling credit. Voice calls are billed separately based on usage and are not included as unlimited with the subscription. We strive to be transparent about our pricing. Our subscription details, call rates, and SMS rates are clearly published on both our Pricing and Call Rates pages before a purchase is made, so customers can review exactly what is included and any applicable usage charges. As your subscription had already been activated and the service had been used, the purchase was not eligible for a refund under our published Refund Policy.
