I'm giving 4 star because the call recording feature was compulsory, I wish it was given as a choice to us. However, the call and message features are very smooth and efficient. I've got 5 US numbers for my contact centre and have been using them to the fullest. The customer service team is very helpful and to the point. I wish prosperous feature to the Dialaxy team. Thanks to the Dialaxy team for this smooth and efficient VOIP service.
