Samuel (not Nina) submitted a large quote for Dexcom G7 sensors on Feb 16 at 4:57am PST, President's Day, a federal holiday and USPS was closed. He called us that day to confirm his quote, which we did even though we would normally be closed on a federal holiday. That same day, the market for the 10 day G7 sensors collapsed and we had to adjust the price since his submission was a large quantity (153 boxes). He argued with us for some time, threatened to retain an attorney, and said he already sent his supplies, but it was President's Day so USPS locations were closed and there would be no way he could have sent such a large shipment on a national holiday. We asked him not to send the supplies if he was not satisfied, discussed this with him at length and let him know that we could offer a lower price or he didn't have to send them. We gave him a choice so if he wanted to sell them elsewhere, he could. He chose to accept our offer and tracking shows USPS in possession of his box around 11am Feb 17, the next day. We did not change the price once the supplies arrived, we agreed to a price on Feb 16, the day he submitted his quote and called us. This is a business transaction and we have the right to limit or refuse any quote submitted according to our terms of service and he agreed to those terms upon submission. No one can force anyone to buy a large quantity of supplies because they "submitted a quote". The diabetic supply business is a supply and demand business and prices can change quickly. If it was a few sensors, we would have honored the quote like we always do and have. But for 153 boxes, a special circumstance, we had to adjust the pricing to match the market price. Every other company in this industry changed pricing on that day as well, and many of them stopped buying them outright, so we believe it was a fair offer. He didn't lose anything (and he agreed to the price and sent them the day after he said he already sent them - he had the choice to not send them). No other company would buy them for more and most would not buy them at all, so we believe that it was fair to us both. And to this day, he would still not be able to sell that quantity of boxes for more as the price has stayed the same or decreased, so it was just bad timing for when he wanted to sell them. We're sorry he was not satisfied and wish him all the best.

Sold some supplues, their office was closed for a week I was aware when I shipped my items. They worked hard to get the items processed and paid quickly once they were back in the office.
