This place will steal your stuff...they did mine. I sent in a factory sealed and in the factory box. And they want to come back and say it was used and wrong monitor. This is a DUPLICATE review - 2 reviews for the same one quote submitted. Thanks for your feedback and details Chris. We're completely at a loss about your review and accusations of being scammed. After researching your quote, you sent us a Dexcom receiver IN AN ENVELOPE, which we recommend NEVER doing all over our website, in our chatbot, and in our emails to avoid damage, and what we received was a Dexcom receiver with a broken seal (plus the receiver was beeping and still on - so it was obviously opened to turn it on!). We sent you the video of us opening your envelope, taking the receiver out, and then opening the receiver box without touching anything on the box itself and taking a photo for your adjustment. That's how we received it. We are just as disappointed as you are as we lose money if we can't buy your supplies and we already paid for you to ship it to us. We alert our sellers everywhere to double check your supplies before sending and if you want peace of mind, to take photos of them. The only thing we experienced in communicating with you was yelling, cursing and claiming we are scammers. Not sure what happened on your end or for all the anger, cursing and yelling, but the bottom line is we don't buy broken seal or damaged supplies as we clearly note on the website. Being clear about this on our website, we are doing exactly what we say to all our sellers, and sent you the video of us opening your shipment - complete transparency. If you ever sell your supplies again, we recommend never using a tyvek envelope that provides NO protection during transit and take a photo for your peace of mind. We wish you all the best. After an extended conversation, he agreed and said that if he received it back, he would be happy. However, he said 'so you can send me someone else's product back to me?', indicating he believed the damaged box was not actually his. The video link above, which HE HAS ALREADY SEEN, shows us opening the tyvek envelope he shipped it in, with his name and address on the label, and pulling it out in exactly the same condition we reported it was in. We never received the pre paid label from Chris so we can ship it back, but Chris left another 1 star review on another platform saying we asked him to stop with the reviews and that we were a scam. Not sure what else we could do, but obviously we have gone above and beyond to accommodate the return of his damaged box and explain that we don't purchase damaged supplies and we proved the box was actually his. We know we can't satisfy everyone all the time and wish Chris all the best.
