Nice company but slow to pay
Nice company but slow to pay. I use multiple companies depending on market prices, this company takes days to pay. Most companies I use pay same day as inspection. This one inspects and then holds off on payment for the next day and most times doesn't inspect the same day as receiving. Needs to work on doing better at inspections and fast payment.

For your most recent quote, your package was delivered to our office on the morning of Thursday, June 18, inspected that same day, and paid via PayPal the next morning, Friday, June 19. That’s our standard process for every seller: supplies are inspected on the business day they’re delivered, and payment is issued the next business day. We process deliveries in batches each afternoon, after the previous day’s payments are completed, and we then issue payments first thing the following morning. This schedule allows our team to carefully verify every item and confirm every payment amount before funds go out, which helps us keep payments accurate and consistent for all of our sellers. The only exception is weekend deliveries, since our office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so a package delivered on a Saturday is inspected on Monday and paid on Tuesday. We understand that every buyer works a little differently, and we appreciate you including us among the companies you sell to.
