I ordered 10 items. All of them showed as available when ordered. I ordered them earliest delivery next business day. The site confirmed my order. Later that same day they confirmed the order "completed". After 5 days, no parts. I called and they then proposed that there were issues with their suppliers. I understand the strange days of the COVID-19 pandemic, but the site totally dropped the ball by confirming that the parts were being shipped when there weren't. It appears on he website that parts ship from the store's inventory, but it now looks like everything ships from their suppliers. In my case, they failed to confirm that the parts were being shipped. This was a serious need and Diabetes Store failed.

On March 28, three months after the COVID-19 pandemic hit our country, the customer placed his order. All the major health care suppliers such as Cardinal and Medline are diverting everything to the hospitals, and placing a low priority on small retailers. We tried to order everything he needed. At the time of order, our supplier indicated the items were shipping from a different warehouse. Then our supplier notified us they were not shipping any items from different warehouses. If it wasn't in stock at the closest warehouse, it wouldn't be shipped. I guess it was because there is a horrible pandemic wreaking havoc on our healthcare supply infrastructure. We only managed to ship a couple items. We let him know and refunded the items we couldn't provide. Sorry he got so angry.

I thought they did a great job
I thought they did a great job. When they ran out of the IV prep that I needed, a gentleman called me and offered something else and I really appreciated that.
