DHLReviews of dhl-usa.com

I was expecting my package today. It’s said between 3-5 pm. It’s 10:00 pm my package never delivered due to delivery guy probably forgot to deliver ( how do I know?? There was section where you can see the location of driver, he was blocks away from my house and never came. Terrible!! It was gift for my daughter , and she will be coming to pick it up tomorrow. Can’t believe what just happened!

USE ANY OTHER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COMPANY. I will never use DHL again! The only good thing I can say about this company is that they have available customer service. However, said customer service mislead customers about where your missing package is and continue to give the same generic answer about when it will be delivered. It's as if you're dealing with a robot programmed to give certain answers to problems customers call in for. The communication within the company regarding your package delivery is NON EXISTENT! They're a terrible company, and they know it!! But as long as they continue to get money for their so called services they really don't care.

worst service ever. i sent a package from mexico to usa. last week i sent the same package and it went through fine. this month it has been detained in cincinati they have everything and they have been asking for ridicolous amount of information. trust me never nerver never hire dhl

Worst delivery company I've ever seen. I made a purchase on eBay (high value) and they had to deliver from USA to Spain. The package was shipped February 13 and it was supposed to arrive on February 25. I contacted the support from United States and they told me that "unfortunately, due to logistic issues, the package was severely delayed to the point where it is no longer expected to reach its destination". After that they told me to talk with the seller to come to a solution. Basically they lost it and they don't take any responsibility for it. Even worst, they decided to lie. I'm not buying in eBay anymore or another company that has DHL as their main delivery service.

You succeeded in losing a long term customer. Handling a customs clearance in the possible worst way, asking the same documents 10 times, making me emailing them 10 times with no result. The parcel was returned to the sender with all the regular documentation required from the customs! Now every time I use another courier for my two companies I rejoce thinking I'm not using DHL!

Absolute UNRELIABLE company. Delivering parcels on the ground. Also, WHY don't you allow SENDERS to pay the custom fees if buyers refuse. Remove that USELESS verification code. The ONLY person who'd have the tracking number to pay customs would be the sender or receiver. Brainless system with useless rules.

We have a package that has been in customs for the past week. Everyone I have talked to says it was good to go and should ship that day. Then it doesn't, I have been told I would get a call , that doesn't happen. It gets escalated and was told we would get a call from a supervisor within 90 minutes. That didn't happen. My package has been sitting in Cincinnati since 12/22/25 it is now 12/31/25. Horrible customer service.

DHL service absolutely pathetic!!!! I ordered an item from the US on 30 November, 2025. DHL had started processing my order since 1 December, 2025 and have gotten as far as shipping my order to their transit facility in Germany where it has been sitting since 12 December with no movement/ progress whatsoever. I have contacted their customer service to try and gather info, but have not received any response from them! With this kind of service DHL will go under very soon and thankfully there are now many competitors operating in this space. FedEx, UPS, Aramex all offer much better/ faster service and much more reliable.
