D herbs full body detox works really good I take it twice a year

I did not know this would have you going to the bathroom so much.I have to take pills and drink tea it seems like every two hours. My work schedule did not work well with this. I was unclear as to what raw food i was suppose to eat.

I am a true believer of the DHerbs products that I have used. The Anti-Viral Extract is just an amazing product. I have also tried the Full Body Cleanse as well and like the results. Thiis is my fourth day that I've been detoxing my body. First I want to say I am waiting to really move my bowls. I feel its taking to long. When I do go its not enough. However there is no side affects which I love. I must say I do feel a little different in a good way. I have been following the diet but its surely a vegetarian diet, which is hard for me to adjust. I can honestly say I cut out all carbs, breads, red meats, wine, and junk food which I don't miss. However I've been eating a lot of fruits and vegies and drinking a lot of distilled water. However I do eat baked fish and baked chicken which I add to all my salad. I know this will not affect me from loosing the excess pounds.
