I placed an order and requested to pick it up myself. My credit card was charged. 7 days later, I still had not received confirmation that my order was ready. I checked my online account several times, the order continued to say "processing." I sent an email to find out when the order would be ready for me to pick up; I did not receive a response. I sent another email cancelling my order; I still did not receive a response. DHerbs has not made a very good impression.

Thanks for your review. It's best to contact us by phone for urgent matters. When a customer places an order for pickup it's up to them when they wish to come pick the order up. Although there was a miscommunication we did waive the shipping cost on the order for you.
