Very disappointed service. Fake promises of delivery. Take extra charges for instant delivery but still have to wait for a week. No communication Very bad customer service guy with wrong attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DON’T order you’ll he happy.

I've purchased several products from Dherbs over the years and their products use herbs so you know what exactly is being put in your body. Dherbs will forever be my go to for health supplements. I am very disappointed with DHerbs' refund policy. While transactions are posted immediately upon purchase, refunds take 7 to 10 days to process. Most businesses issue refunds within 1 to 2 days. I recommend carefully considering this before purchasing DHerbs products.
