Surprised by the size
Surprised by the size, a 3 xl fits like a US l-xl. You must unplug and turn off the battery when you don't want it on to heat. If you leave it plugged in and don't turn off the battery it will drain the battery.

It is a good product
It is a good product, but i wish there was a heating element more suited for the hand area.

I love both my coats
I love both my coats I bought from DEWBU. It comes with the battery pack but I decided to buy a different one because they only last so long with my coat on high. It is longer lasting when you’re not using it or if it’s in light mode, but I always have it on high and need a longer battey run.

Looking forward to the cold
Everything went well, fast shipment, great quality product. Didn’t get to use it in the environment yet. But I believe all will go well. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating, sorry for being Pettie, but prior to order I asked for an extra American Flag so I would have one for both arm. They promised and it indicated in order I was getting second patch and when I got it it wasn’t an American Flag patch it was a Dewbu patch. I did email to no avail.

I like the jacket
I like the jacket. Had it turned on medium setting and got a good 5hrs battery life. Only thing I would like, is removable hood, instead of being permanently attached

Comfy and Cozy
Love the jacket! It’s very warm & comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Wish they had a teal/Turquoise option. The pockets are a little weird but I grew to love them over the first couple of weeks. The battery holds a charge for a whole day if it’s in low. One of the downsides to this jacket is the weight. The battery itself is VERY heavy. The hood is not removable but also lays in such a way that it isn’t bulky. The company definitely needs to have more patch options, not just the flag and an eagle! The patch feature makes this jacket unique and could be fun!
