On November 9, 2024 I ordered a pair of insulated pants so that I could have them for Wisconsin Gun Deer Season. As of 12/5/2024 I have not received confirmation of shipment nor have I received them. My credit card was charged. I also ordered 3 heated jackets for my grandsons Christmas presents. Surprisinly, they came within last Sunday. Love my heated jacket so ordered pants to stay warm. Still waiting

Waited 5 days before notifying me that the color I ordered wasn't in stock. Had to order a different color and then wait for standard shipping, almost 2 weeks after original order date for the wrong color.
