Thank you for your honest feedback – and we're glad you find the jacket decent and fairly priced for the warmth it provides. 🙏 Regarding battery life: our 12V battery lasts 3.5–4 hours on high and 9–10 hours on low. Actual runtime can vary based on outside temperature and heat setting you use. If you feel your battery isn't lasting as expected, please email us at [email protected] with your order number – we'd be happy to help you troubleshoot or check if a replacement is needed. Thanks again for giving DEWBU a try, and we hope to earn that 4th or 5th star next time! 🔋🧥 The DEWBU Team

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We noticed your payment failed five times in our backend. We were concerned your credit card might have been compromised, so for security reasons we sent you a confirmation email after your sixth successful payment. This is why we were unable to ship your order promptly. Our latest shipping time is usually within the second business day after payment. I hope you understand. Best regards. Laura
