Easy to shop website. Very good quality, comfortable to wear. Nice additional accessories like plus in adapter to use instead of battery pack.

Thank you so much! 😊 We're thrilled you found the quality outstanding at a fair price – and that you love the plug‑in adapter as an alternative to the battery pack. That's a feature we're pretty proud of too. Thanks for shopping with us and for the kind words! 🧥🔌 The DEWBU Team

Initially, the incorrect sized jacket was sent, but they then sent us the correct one. The zipper on the second jacket they sent was broken, but they sent us a new one that works. My husband is happy with the jacket. It’s comfortable, warm, and easy to use. Customer service was prompt to respond when we had issues.

Thank you for your honest feedback – and for your patience. 🙏 We're truly sorry for the mix‑up with the sizing and the broken zipper on the replacement. That’s not the experience you should expect. But we're so glad our customer service team was able to respond quickly and finally get you a jacket that works – and that your husband now finds it comfortable, warm, and easy to use. That means a lot to us. Thank you for sticking with us, and for the kind words about our service. 🧥🔥 The DEWBU Team

Fast and secure shipping. A great value all around. I bought a second battery pack to have fully charged and on standby if the first battery starts to loose its charge which hasn’t been required as of the weighting. The heating elements provide sufficient warmth on the lowest setting and haven’t needed the other two. All in all a great purchase and would recommend to all. My only come would be the non detachable hood. Planning on how to store that tomorrow.

Thank you so much for this amazing review – and for your loyalty! 🙌 We're honored to finally be in your life 😄 And great thinking on the backup battery – always better to have it and not need it. We're glad the lowest setting already keeps you warm. Also, just so you know: we do offer heated jackets with detachable hoods! You can find them on our website. But we hear your feedback loud and clear – thank you for sharing. Stay warm and thanks for recommending us! 🧥🔥 The DEWBU Team

I received the jacket and it was great quality and just as explained online. I had to do a return for a bigger size and the company was great to communicate with. My exchange was easy and quick. I would purchase from the company again in a heartbeat. Great customer service.
