ALLES STAAT OP 1 FACTUUR (hen bezorgd), weliswaar met de melding dat de 3 items in 2 keer werden bezorgd (omwille van voorraad problemen; waar ik niks kon aan doen)! Maar alles staat wel degelijk op 1 factuur, en toch blijft men diezelfde onzin uitkramen. Ik stap naar de consumentendienst! Is inderdaad niet de service die je bij dit merk verwacht!

I purchased a brand new Dewalt lawn mower, it doesn't work, and they will not honour any commitment or warranty even though it has only been 3 months from purchase.

Horrible return policy. Burnt drill and grinder. They said they would refund my grinder then said my grinder was in service when it never was. Ridiculous. Never again. Been going on for months.
