The tour was advertised as a small group tour but ended up with at least 20 people. This made it difficult to understand the guide. Also we were told there would be special rooms shown but instead many were bypassed. The tour guide did her best but I feel we were shortchanged based on what we paid.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The Express tour aims to show the highlights of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. We do try to cover as much as possible in the time period given and unfortunately, certain venues restrict some areas at times due to preservation works and religious reasons. Group sizes can vary and this is stated on our website. We are sorry the tour left you feeling short changed. We will look to review the pricing and value your feedback. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team
