poor customer service - shop elsewhere.

I love DeVata’s jewelry! I already own a couple of their pieces and now I have a bold beautiful ring. Very happy with my purchase- real substantial quality!

Company has a lovely mission. Unfortunately the silver necklace I ordered was rather stiff. In addition I ordered the smallest diameter and the clasp was too large for the bale on my pendant. So far they've been good about return.

Quick delivery and beautifully crafted bracelet

I requested to return the bracelet because it was the wrong size. Asked if you would exchange for a larger size (2 emails) and still no response!! Very poor customer service.

my first response was a bit slow, but once I got an agent to help the service was outstanding. i was placing a large order. This is a custom hand made item , it is amazing the carekn to detail and fast delivery is outstanding. when they arrived, i was stunned at the eye to detail with the packing, and the bracelets are amazing. this was an outstanding experience!
