Trying to return this item without success. Just received the return label!
I have been trying to make arrangements to return this since I received it on June 3. I have not received any communication back. Went through the account online, and sent chats. Nothing but crickets. The jewelry is attractive and well made, but it appears that returns are not . Just received the return label! Yeah! Love the jewelry from this company, but this particular piece did not work for me.

One week- tarnishing/missing gems
I don’t think I’ve had the jewelry a full week yet and it has already begun to tarnish. Additionally it looked as if a gem stone had fallen out. I am so disappointed. I paid a lot of money for this product
