I did not want to order the bag. I emailed you as soon as I saw an order was placed to let you know that the order was misplaced & did not receive a response. I plan on returning the unwanted bag when I receive it.

I was expecting higher quality very disappointed

I ordered a certain width of necklace and received a small width.Only realizing it too late to return. I ordered a different necklace in same width. Only realizing the previous necklace was incorrect after receiving the later.But, I paid the price of the wider and received the smaller one. I have received a response in four days.

You sent me the wrong bracelet

The clasps on all three bracelets I purchased are broken. I purchased three bracelets in May. The clasp broke on one bracelet in July, one early September and the third one now has broken late September. The design is nice but the quality is not acceptable. I almost lost the last one, it just fell off my wrist. I left several messages with the company regarding the return of the third bracelet. After finally hearing back they are refusing to refund their defective product which claims to have a one year warranty. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

poor customer service - shop elsewhere.

The earrings are beautiful, but the thickness in the actual post part is thick. I couldn’t get it through my ears. I’ve past them on to my daughter, again she can’t get them through either. They are just to thick. The package says no returns after they are removed from box. So I have the earrings which no one can wear.
