Your small 7" is the smallest ever. Hard to put on and skin tight like a watch band, but love it anyway

The clasps on all three bracelets I purchased are broken. I purchased three bracelets in May. The clasp broke on one bracelet in July, one early September and the third one now has broken late September. The design is nice but the quality is not acceptable. I almost lost the last one, it just fell off my wrist. I left several messages with the company regarding the return of the third bracelet. After finally hearing back they are refusing to refund their defective product which claims to have a one year warranty. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Love the bracelet but ran a little small and I made mistake of taking tag off. This return policy seems harsh.

Great transaction - item first ordered was orderd too small (my error), they accepted the return and refunded the payment, then quickly sent another in the size I then ordered. Item arrived quickly and its a great product,

Purchased a necklace and two bracelets on macys website. Fit a finish is horrible. Noticed imperfections in links and crooked soldering on bracelet. Didn’t notice until tag were taken off. Inspect thoroughly before taking off tags or the piece is not refundable. Customer service was 0% help. Now I realize why Davata is heavily discounted.

Customer service has been fantastic. I’ve had to make. Few changes to my order and they made those changes with no hesitation. The bracelet we ordered is beautiful, we love it but have to exchange for a larger size and again they were very easy to deal with. We are going to buy more bracelets from them too. They’ve been great so far.

Bracelet was shipped quickly and in beautiful packaging.
