DetectionkReviews of detectionk.com

Total scam. I didn't even receive my order and can't get a refund almost 2 months now. Every time I ask support about my refund they respond that I'm gonna get it eventually.

Scam. Absolute waste of money. Ordered books and received paper and pens! What a waste of time and money

Do not order from this company, it's a scam. I received brown paper, a pen and some stickers. I contacted them and they offered $4 refund. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand and not wasted £21. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

This is a scam site. They copy popular trends, make it look like the original so you have no clue, use the original ads etc. And then they use forever to send you trash! Blind date with a book was just a prologue, no book. And the mertc was just trash. And I order 2 books, different categorys, but got the same prologue magasin thing in both. I orderen fantasy and crime. The magasin prologue was from "the last song" of Nicholas Sparks.

Do not order from this company. I can them 0 stars. They made a mistake and sent me the wrong item. They refuse a refund or right item . They said they could refund me $2 .Who does that . “ Can I offer you a compensation of 2 US dollars ? I hope you can accept it. ”

One of the reasons I ordered from is to save a few dollars over Amazon, who would deliver the next day. Their site indicated that products will be delivered from a US warehouse. Welp, three weeks have gone by and not only has the product not been delivered, I occasionally I get alternating emails that show tracking from Spain or China. I have given up. I think this company is a scam. Ironically, my credit card company has denied my dispute. Oh, did I mention that they charged me a second time for what they show as 30% sales tax! Do yourself a huge favor. Regardless of how low their prices appear, save yourself a disaster. If you don’t believe me, look around.

Do not order from this company. Like many others I ordered DATE WITH BOOK at a cost of £21. It's a total scam!!!! Like all the other reviews, no comparison to the Facebook influencers. A piece of brown paper, a part photocopied book in the form of a photocopied leaflet. Shocking!!!! How is this allowed!!!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a gaming console around the first half of December, and I’ve still not received it, I have, however, received numerous notifications from the Postal Service stating that the postage used was counterfeit postage and that they have confiscated the item. I have sent numerous emails to Detectionk. Every response I’ve received is that I need to show them a receipt of something but they won’t tell me what and just the other day they told me the item had been delivered, but I still have not received the item. I notified my credit card company so that they could do an investigation and hopefully I’ll receive a refund that way. I think I’ve asked for a refund 20+ times. Very unhelpful, no customer service, and after reading all the reviews from other customers, I should never have purchased an item through this company.
