This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD! I also ordered a book from them(a thriller), and got the same romance novel that was sent to a previous customer (The Last Song)! It's a pamphlet, not a book! It looks like a copy from a printer, and so are the stickers and fake flower and highlighter pen! I'm so disappointed. Please don't order from this company! Don't waste your time or money. It literally took 7 weeks for me to receive this trash 🗑.

Book package bought .. when delivered it was 3 Chapters of a book printed onto paper ,it was also wrong Genre ,when contacted offered 2USD as compensation or return as they described “the Book” complied with the order. Return to China cost is more than original order .

It’s a total scam They false advertise Charge more then what you get like a two dollar book that only has 12 pages one string and sticker flowers and it not wrapped properly like in the adds says it takes 7days but actually it’s more than that You don’t even get the general type of book you choose They literally are lying to people Stealing money Customer support is not helpful I hope the place gets shut down soon

TOTAL SCAM! DO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE PEOPLE! I bought The Blind date with a book bundle and received TRASH. I was supposed to receive a REAL book and many goods like pencils, stickers, bookmarks, and stickers. I have received a PANFLET with 3 chapters of a crap book, a low-quality sticker page, and a pen. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! They pretended to send the goods from the US to the EU, even charging me TAXES! The envelope came from CHINA! Be aware!!!!

Garbage company. They charge high prices for crap quality, I didn't receive my entire order but since their "warehouse" said they packaged it right there is nothing they can do. Customer service - 5, they will not refund you, they will not help you, they just talk a lot how it will cost them money to reimburse you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- crap quality, crap customer service and even if they say their is a refund, there isn't one its like maybe 10%.
