Very deceitful company. I ordered the Blind Date with a bookmark and instead of a book they sent me a pamphlet and refused to refund my money

They don't care about who they're hurting. I'm disabled and suffer with a multitude of mental health issues. After what has been a hellish few months, I decided to treat myself to their blind date with a book offer. They advertised a book, some tea, sweets, stickers, etc. I waited over a month for it to arrive only to find I'd spent £30 on an 8 page booklet in the wrong genre, a sheet of stickers, and a piece of purple string. I contacted them to explain and ask for my money back, only for them to tell me they've done nothing wrong. I tried to explain the situation they've put me in and the upset this has caused me (I have very limited finances and had trusted that I was getting what I paid for), and they don't care.

I placed 2 orders for books. it took over a month. they said 1 week delivery. I still have not gotten it. sausage it was delivered. they were not. emails to their "24 hr chat or email customer service" said they were closed and on vacation. I asked for refund. because I had a tracking numbers they refused to refund. if I ever get the books I am sure they won't be worth the wait! next time I will use Etsy! not this temu crap type site

I think this company is a scam. I ordered those game boy like devices on 19 December 2024. I would receive package updates every now and then. I received an email saying the package was delivered but we didn’t actually receive it. I emailed them and they said to check with the post office which I had already done. Never received the usps tracking number and when it was supposedly delivered. They kept emailed me saying to ask neighbors and family. But would never give me the usps tracking number so it couldn’t be tracked. They are a scam and I would not use them.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. I ordered 3 books for a total of $55.77 early December for Christmas gifts. It started out in Ireland, where it was in customs for well over a week. Then it hit US Customs for another week or so. I live in Chicago, it was in Indianapolis for a few days, then on to Kansas City before arriving early to mid January. I emailed the company the end of December and was told it was delivered. When I finally received it the return address showed it came from Commerce California. They were unusable, brown paper with some chotskes and thin books that looked like Cliff Notes. Buyer beware. I asked for a refund, but they told me I got what I asked for.

This company is false advertisement. Not only did I wait for a long time to get my order, they were cheap paper thin books and I ordered a Thriller book, and I didn't get it. Save your money, this is not worth it, very disappointed!

Disgraceful scam company Their scam operates as thus... they will send out an item (not as described and a fraction of the value of the original advertised item. When you complain they offer a partial refund (which does not cover the difference in cost between what they send and what you pay. In order to receive a refund (via PayPal in my case) they insist on sending the original item back to China (at the buyers cost!!!) Before giving a refund. As the cost of doing so (£20) it is not economically viable to do so (which is what the scammers want). Luckily after kicking up a stink with paypal they covered my postage. The scammers next trick is not accepting delivery of the item and as such 'as they have not received the item they do not need to refund'. Paypal closed the case in the sellers favour until I proved i had met my end of the deal. Eventually I got my money back but lots of stress along the way...

Was supposed to be ordering a book with some stickers, and page markers, and got 2 packages of what looks like paper bag book covers, some stickers that are supposed to look like stacked books, and fake flowers, but NO BOOK. I ordered on January 3rd, and their tracking says it is coming from Hungary, and just made it to Rhode Island. According to their tracking, it still hasn't arrived. So of course they don't have to refund. Edit: their tracking updated to state that it has been delivered. I have a screenshot of the package tracking, so it doesn't "disappear".
