DestinaHolidaysReviews of destinaholidays.com

This was my first time working with Destinaholidays. The process was clear and simple.Jayden followed up with a call to check on the flight. He was very informative. He checked our flight details, confirmed our baggage, and made great suggestions for further bookings.

A agent phone to to confirm our reservation. and also the information for the transfer the airports in Tokyo. We appreciate it.

The agent Betty, who called me to confirm my flight details was very personable and considerate. She help put my mind at ease when clarifying my flight details and answered any questions I had (for example with the flight seating). A very pleasant customer service experience with her on the phone overall.

Booking was quick and painless. I was very impressed that they called me to confirm as I was booking for someone else but paying with my credit card. It felt secure. Thank you!

My ticket reservation was quick, plus i received a follow up call. I'll recommend them anytime. 👌

Despite a flight booking problem, DestinaHolidays reached out and made a satisfactory correction/substitution. Good work. After initially getting a flight confirmation of a transatlantic flight, DestinaHolidays contacted me by email and phone to alert to an airline scheduling error and offered a better flight route. The phone/email experience went smoothly and actually was an improvement.

Everything worked as expected, after a few minutes after the purchase was made an agent called me to confirm my flight details. Also, I had a problem with my card and I gave a call to customer service and they answer really quickly and help me solve it.

Great feedback and assistance. Would recommend to friends.
