Was first skeptical, but transaction went smoothly, quick communication when there was an issue with my credit card. Got the tickets next day.

Quick and easy. Had to call twice for questions and a representative answered quickly. No long wait time or pressing multiple numbers to get to a person. Also recieved a confirmation follow up call.

There was a change in the timing of the flights after I had booked them. A Destina rep called me to let me know of the change and to confirm that I was still interested in the flight before they finalised the transaction and charged me.

Was a bit of a mixed experience, but finally okay. Booking with a credit card from work (with a different name on it than mine) turned out to be a bit difficult, but I can understand and honor your professional reaction that you wanted to make sure everything is alright with charging that card. All-in-all well done !
