Amazingly helpful and understanding staff. I booked a flight to Vietnam a few months ago and made a mistake with my return flight- Called the staff and was immediately able to cancel and re-book without any additional charges. After my booking was correctly made, someone called me within hours to confirm the details of my flight and make sure I didn't have any additional questions After my itinerary got changed, the support staff worked with me for almost a whole month to find a new itinerary that worked for my schedule and that allowed me to get on the same flights as my friend, who booked their tickets via a different travel company.

Ease of booking

The manager Ayesha and her team are great. She was able to sort our tickets and they ensured we (my wife and I) sat next to each other on the flight. I was concerned because we booked separate dates but Ayesha and team assisted to get us same flight and date date. I’m thankful to them.
